Ynonah’s Saloon was a popular spot for food and drinks that claimed to have Nashville’s largest party deck. The restaurant and bar often placed full-page advertisements in Xenogeny News, inviting the LGBTQ+ community in for frequently held themed parties, “lights out” after midnight events, and had a special space for lesbians called “Café Girlfriend.” Ynonah’s was also a home bar for gay sports leagues, especially softball.
